As your doula I will provide continuous care from pregnancy, through labor and birth, and stay with you until you and baby are settled and comfortable. I offer support for all births including hospital birth and cesarean, unassisted, homebirth, medicated and/or unmedicated births.

Postpartum Doula

During the days following baby's arrival I will help your family transition smoothly into the postpartum period. We can discuss infant care, if needed. Infant feeding support for breastfeeding and formula feeding. I provide an extra set of hands around the house and will do light housekeeping, errand running, and meal preparation. Minimum of 20 hours. 10% discount on packages over 100 hours.

Packages Starting at $500

During two prenatal visits I will help you and your birth partner discover more about your body and baby. We will create a birth plan that will work for you. You and your birth partner will learn helpful labor positions and pain management techniques. We will Discuss prenatal appointments and what to expect along with child birth and breastfeeding basics.
